submitted by Tina B. - |Recommended: YesProfessional — My experience with staff was very compassionate, kind, professional, and very helpful explaining everything thoroughly and answering questions in full. I'm excited to be living here at Finley. Thank you everyone that played a role in making this my new home

submitted by Emily B. - |Recommended: NoHorrible Place To Live — Management is childish, they up the rent each month, drug dealing and drug using on the premises, cockroach infestation and brown recluse spider infestation, black mold in the air ducts, high flooding due to improper drainage, the pool is disgusting, people are loud and leave trash on your property, the apartment itself is cheaply fixed up, trimming does not stay together, the floor is quickly put in and still has bubbles and razor marks, there’s at least 3 layers of paint on everything due to painting over previous tenants living causing the paint to easily chip and doors to stick when shut also resulting in paint chipping, the toilets levitate off the ground. All in all do not move here, there’s so many issues how this place is even still standing is beyond me RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
